words to build words to fall

disgusted and fascinated
like turning the neck to catch a glimpse
nevertheless
from the accident
blood splattered on the ground
maybe meaning could be found
profound unprofound

words to build
words to fall
people need to say it all
or hide it away
still they will go astray
come back to terms
define refine
build their lives by wordly time
tell a lie
tell it high
words to fall
in one sigh
deconstruct
reconstruct
tear fences down
then distract
same old game
words posing as a villain

tell it how you wish it was
pretense comes in many clothes
hope lies even further beneath
sometimes covered by ol' good grief

words to build
words to fall

i wish i could tell it all
